My name is Jenny Lee, and I’m a community manager and writer at heart.
I spend most of my time exploring ways to use language + technology to spark curiosity, communicate emotions, and build stronger connections.
The title “community manager” can be a head-scratcher. But to me, it’s a role that brings humanness to your brand.

It’s about building a deep understanding of your community, facilitating meaningful conversations and connections, empowering community members to inspire each other — and above all, strengthening trust and passion for your brand.
